Washington Teacher of the Year, National Teacher of the Year finalist, and 2014 Milken National Teaching Award recipient Nathan Gibbs-Bowling speaks to the board about his passion for teaching, teacher training, and how to address teacher shortages.

Gibbs-Bowling is a founding member of Teachers United and teaches AP Government & Politics and AP Human Geography at Lincoln High School in Tacoma.
