Circuit Court Judge John Gregory set Kilgore’s bond at $20,000 and she was released. Kilgore’s first court date has been set for Sept. 12 in Chickasaw County. Meyers said the grand jury indictment followed an investigation by the Mississippi Attorney General’s office, who presented the case to the grand jury on Wednesday. Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood is from Chickasaw County.
